Dieter Feige founded Feige Business Advisors GmbH in 1985, following his comprehensive and successful sales career. Very early on he specialized in the conscientious search and selection of executives for international and, in particular, Asiatic companies. Bozena Wlodarczyk graduated in business economics (Diplom-Ökonomin) at SGH Business School. In 1991 she began working for the Polish Chamber of Economics and the German-Polish Chamber of Economics as Head of the Economics Department. She was mainly active in advising Germany companies investing in Poland. She then spent five years managing the Polish office of a German Executive Search company in Warsaw before joining Feige Business Advisor Polska Sp.z.o.o, as General Manager in September of 2006. She has a wide range of experience in filling management positions as well as those of qualified specialists for international clients. The main emphasis of the Warsaw office is Executive Search & Selection. |

Elif Salkaya studied Political Science at Bilkent University and completed her degree masters of science in studies on European Politics in the Middle East. In 2003 she began her career in marketing and worked in a local energy company in Ankara. In 2005 she joined NMT Human Resources. She had successfully completed various upper and middle management search and selection projects for companies in the areas of automotive, construction, engineering, logistics and chemistry. After fouding of Feige Business Advisors Turkish Office in 2007, she became responsible for executive search and selection projects within Turkey, Middle East and the Balkans. |
